Nestled in Lossiemouth, Poseidon Inn feels more like a cozy home than a traditional hotel. The stunning side view of the sea and the golf course from my window made for a serene backdrop to my stay, where I savored my early morning tea on the balcony. The room was spotless and contemporary, with all the comforts I needed-even a generous seating area for a quiet read after a long day exploring the nearby beaches and quaint local restaurants. While it was only a brief overnight stop, I could easily envision longer stays here, wrapped in the understated charm and easy access that gives off a welcoming vibe. The lovely staff respected my solitude while ensuring I felt right at home. Just a heads up, though-if you're planning to venture into town for dinner, prepare for a little walk.
